  1. Dry roast the walnut and make a powder, take a bowl combine all the ingredients except oil,all-purpose flour,mixed fruit jam and bread crumb and mix well..
  2. Shape each ball and stuff one tsp jam in it.
  3. Take a bowl add all-purpose flour,salt and 2 tbsp water and make the batter.
  4. Dip the hung curd ball into all-purpose flour batter and coat them with bread crumb..
  5. Deep fry in hot oil until golden in color..
  6. Flip once in between..
